Path to Partnership
Becoming a partner in a law firm is a big responsibility and requires a skill set that is not taught in law school or as an associate. As a fiduciary of the firm, partners must be possess solid leadership skills, business acumen, an investment mindset, and an entrepreneurial outlook. This 6 month program is designed for both newer and more seasoned law firm leaders.
