Who is eligible to participate in The Savvy Advocate program?

The program is designed for law firm associates with between 1-5 years of experience. Each cohort has a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 10.*

How much does The Savvy Advocate cost?

Program pricing includes a flat fee plus a per participant charge. Quotes available upon request.

Who delivers The Savvy Advocate training?

Wendy Merrill, Liz Lippy, and other highly experienced professionals will work closely with your firm and each participant to ensure the understanding of practical concepts, acquisition and retention of critical skills, and the development of strategic thinking. 

How long is each session?

Group sessions last between 3-4 hours, depending on the topic. In addition to the training sessions, The Savvy Advocate program includes integrated participation from your firm's most skilled lawyers, which will be facilitated by Wendy and Liz.

What's the difference between The Savvy Advocate and other training programs?

Unlike other outsourced and internally run associate trainings, The Savvy Advocate meets participants where they are. Our uniquely designed program combines real-world experience, pragmatic guidance, technical expertise, compassion, and humor with an invaluable group dynamic to ensure the most successful outcomes.

What types of firms work with The Savvy Advocate?

The Savvy Advocate program is suitable for all types of law firms and all practice areas.

Will the partners be informed of their associates' progress?

Throughout the engagement we include regularly scheduled meetings with your firm's leadership to provide feedback and timely progress reviews.

Are CLE credits available for participants?

The Savvy Advocate does not provide CLE credits directly, however, we will work with your firm to facilitate the accrediting process should your firm desire. 

*If a firm wants to enroll more than 10 participants in the program, we will create a separate and concurrent cohort.
